FIRST COURSE - Halloumi grilled salad with fresh spinach tossed in persian cucumbers, red onions and toasted pine nuts with a lemon vinaigrette.
SECOND COURSE: Braised Lamb Shanks cooked to tender with pomegranate molasses served with a Lebanese rice seasoned with grass fed beef topped with toasted cashews and pine nuts with a side of Lamb Jus.
Vegan Eggplant Mnazeelah - Fried eggplant cooked with garlic , onions, garbanzo beans simmered with our home made tomato sauce served with basmati rice.
THIRD COURSE: Finger Pistachio and walnut baklava with our cardomon rose water vanilla ice cream
